All proceeds will benefit the Lindenhurst Historical Society’s on-going stewardship of the Village’s three museums Lindenhurst, NY –Back by popular demand, the Lindenhurst Historical Society is hosting its second annual Televised Night at the Races, Saturday June 13, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Fireman’s Memorial Pavilion, 555 Heling Blvd., Lindenhurst. Admission is $15.00 per person. All are invited to attend and enjoy an evening of fun and real cash wagering. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. Elected officials, including Mayor Michael Lavorata and Trustee Doug Madlon, recently joined the Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce to celebrate a ribbon cutting ceremony welcoming Birdhouse to the community. Birdhouse offers a wide range of programming tailored to young families, including children’s music and movement classes, kids yoga, postpartum yoga, caregiver wellness sessions, parenting workshops, and community events; creating a welcoming space for connection, growth, and well-being.
