Mayor's Message

Dear Residents, Although there is still some snow on the ground, Spring is just around the corner, and March is the perfect time to get out and enjoy everything our Village has to offer. From family-friendly events to seasonal activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy in Lindenhurst this month. This month, we have several exciting events for the whole family: Eggstravaganza – Saturday, March 14, 11:00AM-2:00PM: Enjoy games, activities, and an egg hunt for children throughout our Downtown Business District. St. Patrick’s Parade – Sunday, March 21, 12:00PM: Celebrate Irish pride down Wellwood Avenue with Grand Marshal Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney.

Road Work Notices — JUNE 12 AND 15

In the News

The Village of Lindenhurst will be paving South Wellwood Avenue from Montauk Highway to Spring Street and Herbert Avenue from Wellwood Avenue to Delaware Avenue on Friday, June 12, and Monday, June 15, weather permitting. Please note that all motor vehicles must be removed from the street by 7:00 AM. If you will need access to your vehicle during the day, it should also be moved out of your driveway before 7:00 AM, as access may be restricted during paving operations. The roadway is expected to reopen in the late afternoon. The Village will make every effort to minimize inconvenience
