Lindenhurst Mayor’s Beautification Society

Mission Statement:

The Mayor’s Beautification Society of Lindenhurst (MBS), a non-profit organization within the Village of Lindenhurst, is dedicated to enhancing the appearance of the community, village-wide. Recognizing that community value and respect is derived from an investment of time and effort, the Society will endeavor to:

  • Inspire commitment and responsibility through a partnership of volunteers.
  • Create a cleaner and more inviting atmosphere in which to live, work and shop.
  • Cultivate interest and enthusiasm toward our community.
  • Promote pride in Lindenhurst Village through public awareness and participation.
  • Encourage a standard of distinction in the appearance of our community.
  • Recognize the efforts of those residents and business owners who strive for excellence.
