I want to offer congratulations to the Lindenhurst High School Class of 2022! We wish you all great success as you begin your next journey, and may you carry your “Lindy Pride” with you wherever you go! On a sad note, however, we have to say goodbye to our Superintendent of Schools, Dan Giordano, as he begins his journey of retirement. Thank you, Mr. Giordano, for your many years of selfless service to the Lindenhurst School District and the Lindenhurst Community. Mayor Brennan began his service to our community in May 1999, filling a vacancy as Village Trustee, and was elected to a full four-year term in March 2000. In March 2004, he was elected Mayor and went on to be re-elected in 2008, 2012, and 2016. He stepped down from his role in 2017, leaving behind a lasting legacy of leadership, integrity, and dedication during a transformative time in our Village.
