Community on Display at the Rainbow Center

The Village of Lindenhurst loves supporting our community. For this reason, Mayor Thomas Brennan has announced that the Village has constructed display cases at our Rainbow Community Center in order to show case the works of groups through the Lindenhurst community. Snow Storm Safety Tips

The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning, which is in effect from 4:00 AM Saturday to 12:00 PM Sunday. The Department of Public Works is prepared to handle snow removal throughout the Village. In order for the snow plows to clear efficiently, please remove all vehicles from the street. Also, when shoveling snow from the mouth of a driveway, throw snow to the left of the driveway. Throwing or plowing snow into the road can create a patch of snow and ice, which can cause a hazardous condition. [Read more…]

The Village of Lindenhurst held its annual Halloween Family Fun Day on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Lindenhurst Village Park at Feller’s Pond. This annual event is hosted in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Lindenhurst and the Lindenhurst Historical Society.
