If you do need to go out for work, groceries, other essentials, or even just out for a “mentally essential” walk outdoors, I encourage you to continue to follow the advice of the experts – wear a mask, frequently sanitize your hands, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, and maintain appropriate social distancing.
