Please take notice that the Lindenhurst Village Board has received an application from Walter Rafalowski – D/B/A – Rafalowski Realty to rezone the former D’Angelo Glass & Mirror property at 246 West Hoffman Avenue, between North 8th Street and North 9th Street, Lindenhurst, known as SCTM# 103-09-02-35.3, 50, from Business District to Senior Citizen Multiple Residence District. The Village Board will continue a Public Hearing via ZOOM on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of this rezoning. LINDENHURST MOOSE LODGE SERVES UP FOOD & FUN AT OKTOBERFEST

Pictured here is Mayor Michael Lavorata, with the President of the Loyal Order of The Moose Lodge #1421 Paul LaMartina, and co-workers during the Lindenhurst Oktoberfest. The Moose Lodge members were at the Village Square Park Gazebo serving traditional Oktoberfest food — bratwurst, potato pancakes, hot dogs — and “Moose” Burgers! Mayor Lavorata said, “I would like to thank the Lindenhurst Rotary Club and the Moose Lodge for helping to make this year’s Oktoberfest another great Village Downtown event! The Moose food booth was delicious, and the Fall weather was perfect for the Oktoberfest festivities.”
