Lindy American Little League Opening Day

On April 13th, the chilly, windy weather did not dampen the enthusiasm of the North Lindenhurst American Little League (LALL) Opening Day Parade and Ceremony. The Little League Parade, a beloved tradition in the Lindenhurst community, signals the start of the baseball season.

Mayor Michael Lavorata said, “The Lindenhurst Village Board is grateful to all who help with the Lindenhurst American Little League, especially League President Robert Pacheco and all the LALL officers, managers, coaches, team parents, volunteers, and team sponsors. Also, best wishes to all our Little Leaguers as they grab their mitts, and bats to play ball and enjoy another season.”
