Students and Faculty from the Lindenhurst High School will be holding a “Keep Lindenhurst Beautiful” Clean Up Day on Saturday, October 28, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM at the Village Square Park (intersection of Hoffman and Wellwood Avenues). Mayor Michael Lavorata is pleased to announce that the Village of Lindenhurst will be  hosting our 16th Annual Halloween Family Fun Day.  This year the Village will once again provide a day of safe family-oriented Halloween fun featuring face painting, entertainment, games, hay ride, horse/pony rides, and a hot dog

Mayor Michael Lavorata is happy to announce that the Village of Lindenhurst has recently purchased a Vacuum Cleaning Truck.  The Vacuum Truck is used by the Lindenhurst Department of Public Works for cleaning storm water drainage lines, drainage basins, and culverts to ensure effective positive water flow.  Mayor Lavorata said,
