Road Closure Notice for 3/25 St. Patrick’s Parade

The following roads will be closed at 10:00 AM in celebration of the St. Patrick’s Parade on Saturday, March 25th: – Hartford Street (Wellwood to Irmisch)– Irmisch Avenue (Byrd to Hartford)– Charles Street (Hartford to Alleghany)– North Wellwood Avenue (Hoffman to John)– South Wellwood Avenue at Reade Avenue– South Wellwood Avenue at Gates Avenue– Wellwood Avenue and Hoffman Avenue (between S. 1st St. & Travis St.)– East Hoffman Avenue and High StreetNorth Wellwood Avenue from (Hoffman Avenue to John Street) will remain closed until 4:00 PM.The following intersections at North Wellwood Avenue will be closed:– N. Wellwood Ave. at Auburn

Lindenhurst Village Officials recently traveled upstate to attend the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials (NYCOM) Annual Meeting & Spring Training School. The NYCOM meeting is an opportunity for Mayors, Trustees, and Village officials to network with peers from other communities, and attend a variety of training sessions and seminars. Topics covered include areas of essential information and skills that every local official needs, as well as breakout discussions on timely subjects and innovations.
