A COVID-19 UPDATE FROM LINDENHURST MAYOR MICHAEL LAVORATA This is a reminder that all adults, 18-years or older, are now eligible for a booster shot at any vaccine location, as long as it has been at least six (6) months after your last Pfizer or Moderna shot, or at least two (2) months after your one-dose Johnson & Johnson shot. 2026 Summer Concert Series Band Applications

In the News
The Village of Lindenhurst is now accepting applications for bands interested in performing in the 2026 Summer Concert Series. Concerts are held at Village Square Park on Friday and Saturday nights from June to September. The program is funded by the Village and has limited budget availability. Bands with modest performance fees are encouraged to apply. Applications are due by January 31, 2026 and can be dropped off at Village Hall or emailed to info@villageoflindenhurstny.gov. MBS 2025 Holiday Wreath Festival

Local Spotlight
The Village of Lindenhurst Board of Trustees recently recognized the creativity and community spirit of the many local organizations that participated in the 2025 Mayor’s Beautification Society (MBS) Holiday Wreath Festival. As part of this annual tradition, the MBS provides wreaths to local scouting troops, community organizations, and service groups. Each group decorates its wreath in a unique and imaginative theme, and the finished designs are proudly displayed throughout the holiday season in the windows of downtown Lindenhurst businesses, adding festive charm to the Village.
