A MESSAGE FROM LINDENHURST MAYOR MICHAEL LAVORATA Happy New Year! 2022 got off to a snowy start with our first winter storm on January 7th. A big thank you to Superintendent of Public Works Rick Sorrentino, and the entire Village Department of Public Works team, for an outstanding job clearing the snow and keeping our roadways safe for travel. In the last days of 2021, I took a little time to reflect on the past year and all we were able to accomplish together, in spite of the challenges we faced. 2026 Summer Concert Series Band Applications

In the News

The Village of Lindenhurst is now accepting applications for bands interested in performing in the 2026 Summer Concert Series. Concerts are held at Village Square Park on Friday and Saturday nights from June to September. The program is funded by the Village and has limited budget availability. Bands with modest performance fees are encouraged to apply. Applications are due by January 31, 2026 and can be dropped off at Village Hall or emailed to info@villageoflindenhurstny.gov. Village Trustees Patrick Pichichero and David Collins regularly attend the Lindenhurst Fire Department’s monthly Fire Council meetings, reflecting the strong and cooperative relationship between the Village Board of Trustees and the Lindenhurst Fire Department.
