NORTH HAMILTON AVENUE (East Hoffman Avenue to Frank Street) NORTH ALLEGHANY AVENUE (Charles Street to Daniel Street) The Village of Lindenhurst will be milling these roadways beginning on Thursday, November 4, 2021. (WEATHER PERMITTING). Please Note all motor vehicles must be off the streets by 7:00 am; the streets will be reopened each day in the late afternoon. The Village will make every effort to limit your inconvenience and keep the roads passable. Please bear with us as we make these much-needed improvements to our Village. Varsity Softball League 2 Champions!

Local Spotlight

For the first time in 50 years, the Lindenhurst High School Varsity Softball Team are undisputed League Champions! The team clinched the championship with a final win against Northport, 4 to 1 on Friday May 13th at home. The Bulldogs have 13 wins and 1 loss. The team previously shared a League championship in 2007. The Bulldogs’ head coach is Rick Caravaggio who has coached Lindenhurst High School sports for 44 years. He has coached the softball team for 13 years. Bulldogs are in League 2 and headed for playoffs. Go Bulldogs! Pictured here is the team with Coach Caravaggio.
