In anticipation of the impending snow storm, the following changes have been made to the sanitation schedule for next week:
- There will be no sanitation or recycling pickup on Monday, January 26.
- South side of LIRR sanitation will be picked up on Tuesday, January 27, along with R1 and R2 recycling.
- North side of LIRR sanitation will be picked up on Wednesday, along with R3 recycling.
- No grass/leaf pickup that week.
These temporary changes to the sanitation schedule allow Department of Public Works staff to focus on storm response and recovery efforts. Thank you for your understanding.
