Village of Lindenhurst property taxes are due by April1, 2026. Please make sure your payment is submitted on or before the due date to avoid late penalties. If you have a mortgage with an escrow account, your tax bill will be mailed directly to your mortgage company.
Payment Options:
- In-Person – Pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card at Village Hall (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM).
A non-refundable service fee of 2.95% applies to all credit card payments (both in person and online). This fee is charged by the credit card processing company and does not go to the Village. - Online – Payments can be made online via the Online Tax Payment Portal through April 1, 2026. Online payments will not be accepted after this date.

Payments received after April 1, 2026, will incur a 5% penalty plus a $2.00 fee, which will increase each month the balance remains unpaid. For questions, residents may contact the Tax Department at 631-957-7506.
