Roaring 20s Centennial Party – May 19th, 2023

The Village of Lindenhurst is excited to announce May’s 100th Anniversary Event! The Village and the Knights of Columbus are co-sponsoring a “Roaring 20s Centennial Party” on Friday, May 19th, 2023 from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM at the Moose Lodge, 883 South Broadway. Tickets are $95 per person or $85 per person when purchasing a table. Apraxia Awareness Day

The Village Board recently acknowledged May 14th, 2024 as “Apraxia Awareness Day” inthe Village of Lindenhurst. Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) is an extremelychallenging neurological speech disorder that affects 1-in-1,000 children. The disordercauses children to have significant difficulty learning to speak, and is among the mostsevere speech deficits in children.
