PILOT TRAFFIC CHANGES ON CATSKILL AVENUE UPDATE NOTICE – 9/5/2023 PILOT TRAFFIC CHANGES ON CATSKILL AVENUE In July, the Village of Lindenhurst retained Greenman-Pedersen Inc. (GPI) of Babylon, N.Y., an engineering consulting firm, to have their Traffic Engineers review the Catskill Avenue Pilot Program, and make recommendations as to the best way forward. The traffic study has been extended in order to include a study of traffic during the morning and afternoon commute while school is in session. The final traffic study findings will be presented at the next public meeting regarding this topic: Third Public Meeting Regarding Catskill Avenue
