A YEAR-END MESSAGE FROM  LINDENHURST MAYOR MICHAEL LAVORATA What a busy year we have had here in the Village of Lindenhurst!  The year 2020 has brought us many challenges and many achievements.  Our Lindenhurst Community has come together whenever called upon to do so. To all of our residents — please accept my personal thanks for your support and co-operation during this year, even at difficult times. To our valued first-responders, ambulance company, firefighters, and Chiefs of the Lindenhurst Fire Department, most of whom are at the call throughout the holiday season to ensure our residents get help when needed

ROADWORK NOTICE — SOUTH WELLWOOD AVENUE

SOUTH WELLWOOD AVENUE (HOFFMAN AVENUE TO GATES AVENUE) The Village of Lindenhurst will be milling & paving this section of roadway(WEATHER PERMITTING) beginning at 7:00am on the following: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th, 2024 – Milling TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th, 2024 — PavingPlease Note, all motor vehicles must be off the streets and out of driveways, ifusage is required, by 6:30am. Store-front parking will be unavailable, butsidewalks will remain passable for accessibility to businesses. The streets will bereopened in the late afternoon, approximately 2:00pm on the 16th, and 5:00pmon the 17th.The Village will make every effort to limit your inconvenience. Please bear withus
