Annual Halloween Family Fun Day in Lindenhurst Village a Success

In the News

The Village of Lindenhurst held its annual Halloween Family Fun Day on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Lindenhurst Village Park at Feller’s Pond. This annual event is hosted in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Lindenhurst and the Lindenhurst Historical Society. This is a free event that includes face painting, games, hay rides, relay races, prizes and refreshments.

Local Spotlight

The “Adopt A Senior” bus rolled out early on the morning of June 11th to go door-to-door delivering support, surprises, and “Lindy Pride!” to the Lindenhurst High School Class of 2020. This collaborative community effort, spearheaded by The Lindenhurst Community Cares Coalition, saw hundreds of our residents, business owners, and community leaders donating their time, money, goods, and services to make this graduation year special for Lindy’s Senior Class. The COVID-19 pandemic brought with it many challenges and disappointments for these students in their final high school year, but the Lindenhurst Community has come together, with generosity and selfless spirits,
