NOTICE: Bristol Street

In the News

The Village of Lindenhurst will be asphalting this roadway on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 10, 2021. (WEATHER PERMITTING). Please Note all motor vehicles must be off the street and out of driveways, if usage is required, by 11:00 AM; the streets will be reopened in the late afternoon. The Village will make every effort to limit your inconvenience and keep the roads passable. Please bear with us as we make this much-needed improvement to our Village. Boy Scout Troop 284 Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony

Lindenhurst Mayor Michael Lavorata recently attended the Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony for Jonathan Miller, Lance Novick, Jonathan Reggi and Ajay Sigh of Boy Scout Troop 284, which was held at Copiague Middle School. Eagle Scout is the highest honor a Boy Scout can achieve after completing hours of community service, finishing an Eagle Scout project, and attaining numerous merit badges. Mayor Lavorata was joined by Suffolk County Legislature Presiding Officer Kevin McCaffrey, in presenting each Eagle Scout a day in their honor as recognition of their hard work and dedication.
