MAYOR LAVORATA JOINS SCVOA EXECUTIVE BOARD

Lindenhurst Mayor Michael Lavorata was recently sworn in as 4th Vice President of the Suffolk County Village Officials Association Executive Board.  SCVOA’S mission is to inform, support, and advocate on behalf of the 32 Villages of Suffolk County.

Mayor Michael Lavorata said, “This is a great honor for me personally, to be asked to serve on the Executive Board of SCVOA. I am proud to be the Mayor of the Village of Lindenhurst, and honored to serve my fellow colleagues in Village government.”

Also pictured here is Smithtown Supervisor Edward Wehrheim, who was awarded SCVOA’S 2022 Outstanding Leadership Award.
