OKTOBERFEST 2021

September 23, 2021 by Katie McCaffrey

The Lindenhurst Rotary Club, in conjunction with the Village of Lindenhurst, is once again pleased to host its annual Oktoberfest event on Sunday, October 3, 2021, from 12:00 – 5:00 pm, in the Village Downtown.  Everyone is invited to enjoy this year’s street-festival atmosphere, with North Wellwood Avenue being closed to vehicular traffic from John Street south to Hoffman Avenue.  Bring your family and meet your friends for mingling on the street with outdoor dining, an array of local vendors, lots of delicious food, and our traditional “Beer Garden”.  If you are interested in participating as a vendor, please contact Mandy at 631-637-4098.

Deputy Mayor Maryann Weckerle said, “This year’s Oktoberfest is going to be another family-friendly event in our Lindenhurst Downtown, offering something for everyone to enjoy.”

As a reminder, on the day of the event, North Wellwood Avenue, from John Street to Hoffman Avenue, will be closed to traffic between the hours of 10:00AM – 5:00 PM.
