Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice that the Lindenhurst Village Board has received an application from Walter Rafalowski – D/B/A – Rafalowski Realty to rezone the former D’Angelo Glass & Mirror property at 246 West Hoffman Avenue, between North 8th Street and North 9th Street, Lindenhurst, known as SCTM# 103-09-02-35.3, 50, from Business District to Senior Citizen Multiple Residence District.

The Village Board will continue a Public Hearing via ZOOM on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of this rezoning.

The Village Board will receive written comments on the rezoning application and environmental impacts until the date of the Public Hearing, c/o Douglas Madlon, Administrator Clerk, Village Hall, 430 South Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst, NY 11757, or email info@villageoflindenhurstny.gov (subject line: Rafalowski Rezoning Public Hearing)
