Rainbow Center Scholarship Awarded

Local Spotlight

Marina Grais was recently presented with the Rainbow Senior Center’s $1,000.00 scholarship. Marina is a student at Lindenhurst High School. Funds for the scholarship are raised during the annual “Senior Citizen Prom.” The scholarship is open to all Lindenhurst School District students. Pictured with Marina Grais is Barbara Poldino, Director of the Lindenhurst Rainbow Senior Center, and Village Administrator Douglas Madlon. Administrator Madlon stated, “We are so proud of Marina who will be attending Cornell University in the fall of 2017.” Best of luck to Marina as she begins college!
