Pictured here with Lindenhurst Deputy Mayor Maryann Weckerle is Rip Tides Cocktails and Grill owner Carmen Sacente and her family, celebrating the opening of her new business, at 168 Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst, just prior to the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. Like so many other business owners, Carmen has had to adjust in the face of these current circumstances, with creativity and ingenuity. Many of our restaurants are offering a wide variety of take-out and delivery options, including great specials and family meal packages.
