Marriage Ceremonies

Marriage ceremonies take place at the Village Court, located on the second floor at 430 South Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst, NY 11757. Ceremonies are conducted by appointment only. To schedule, please contact the Secretary to the Mayor at 631-957-7528 or via email at bbartolotta@villageoflindenhurstny.gov.

Fee

A $75.00 (Non-Resident) $25.00 (Resident) donation is required, which can be made to either:

• The Christina Renna Foundation, or
• The Village of Lindenhurst Tree Memorial Fund.

Marriage License Requirements

• You must wait 24 hours after obtaining your marriage license before the ceremony can take place.
• Marriage licenses can be obtained from the Town of Babylon. For more details, visit their website: Town of Babylon Marriage License Information.

• Marriage License
• Receipt of Donation
