Marina Grais was recently presented with the Rainbow Senior Center’s $1,000.00 scholarship. Marina is a student at Lindenhurst High School. Funds for the scholarship are raised during the annual “Senior Citizen Prom.” The scholarship is open to all Lindenhurst School District students. An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was recently held for Lindenhurst resident Daniel Zummo at Our Lady of Grace RC Church.  Working with the Village of Lindenhurst for his Eagle Scout Project at the Lindenhurst Village Marina, he built and installed four rescue ladders and five fishing line recycling containers.
