LINDENHURST THANKS JOSEPHINE CASTELLI

The Lindenhurst Village Hall staff recently held a breakfast to thank Building Inspector Josephine Castelli for her dedicated service to the Village.  Ms. Castelli has taken a job in the Town of Smithtown.

“THE WEL” RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY

Mayor Michael Lavorata, Deputy Mayor Maryann Weckerle, and Trustees Joan M. Masterson, RJ Renna, and Patrick Pichichero joined other local officials and leaders to congratulate The Coughlan family, owners of TriTec, as they held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the completion of The Wel.  The Wel is the 260 residential unit apartment complex located at 75 East Hofman Avenue.

Following the ceremony, Tritec sponsored at charitable tasting event, “Wel-come To Lindenhurst” featuring food and drink from a variety of Lindenhurst restaurants, cafes, micro-breweries, and meadery.  Proceeds from the event were donated to Long Island Cares.
