The Village of Lindenhurst has officially issued a Building Permit to William Kiernan, Sand City Brewing Company for the renovation of the old CVS building located at 150 So. Wellwood Avenue Lindenhurst. The micro-brewery is expected to be open by March 2020. The brewery will have a public tasting room and a beer garden. Mayor Michael Lavorata said, “The CVS building has been vacant for so long. Welcoming this new business to that location is another step in the right direction for our Lindenhurst downtown.”
