For the second year in a row, the Village of Lindenhurst has been recognized by Comp Alliance, the Village’s workers compensation carrier, as a safe workplace environment. The Village was awarded with a check for their loyalty to Comp Alliance and continued decrease in workers compensation claims. The Village established a Safety Committee, which meets regularly, to work on ways to improve safety concerns, and implement safety programs and procedures. The Village is committed to keeping its employees safe, and continues to work at improving workplace conditions and minimizing workplace injuries.
