The Incorporated Village of Lindenhurst proudly announces that it will once again be sponsoring the Summer of Fun Recreation Program at Lindenhurst Village Park. Please be reminded, THE PROGRAM IS OPEN TO LINDENHURST RESIDENTS ONLY!

General Information – The Village of Lindenhurst Summer Recreation Program takes place at Lindenhurst Village Park at Feller’s Pond. The camp is open to children who are Lindenhurst residents or attend school within the Lindenhurst School District. The camp is open for Lindenhurst children who have completed kindergarten up to eighth grade.
Schedule – The camp begins Monday, July 2nd and ends on Tuesday, August 14th. The camp is Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM and lunch is from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM.

VILLAGE RESIDENTS whose last name begins with:
K – Z , will register MONDAY JUNE 11, FROM 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
A – J will register TUESDAY, JUNE 12, FROM 7:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.
65 SPOTS WILL BE HELD FOR NON-VILLAGE LINDENHURST RESIDENT CAMPERS (ex. William Rall area students). THE REGISTRATION DATE FOR NON-VILLAGE LINDENHURST RESIDENTS IS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13, FROM 7:00 AM TO 12:00 PM. THIS WILL ALSO BE LATE REGISTRATION DAY FOR ALL VILLAGE RESIDENTS – IF THERE ARE OPENINGS.
Registration Fees –
Village Residents – $125.00 for the season per camper. This fee does not include trips, shirts, lunch supervisions, etc.
Non-Village Lindenhurst Residents – $200.00 for the season per camper. This fee does not include trips, shirts, lunch supervision, etc.
Registration Requirements –
- A copy of the camper’s immunization records. The records will be kept on file (Board of Health) and the doctor’s stamp or signature must be clearly visible. No application will be accepted unless you have the records!
- Proof of residency – campers must be eligible to attend Lindenhurst Public Schools
- Proof of kindergarten attendance for all 5/6 year olds – campers have to complete kindergarten by June 22, 2018.
- Please bring a pen. A reminder, trips and t-shirts will be sold at registration. Expect long lines.
